Taking place in the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern, the 19th GQ Men of the Year awards was a night we won’t forget for a while. It’s not often we manage to swap overalls for tuxedos and get out of the workshop and onto the red carpet. 

Here are behind the scenes shots from our recent build on behalf of set designer, George Lewin for the GQ Awards. We built five 8x4ft multifaceted polystyrene shapes that would form the backdrop for the guys from the Flashback to make what was to be called the ‘Instagram booth’.
